analytica, one of the world's leading trade fairs for laboratory technology, analysis and biotechnology, recently took place alongside with Ceramitec in Munich. Around 34,000 visitors from 117 countries came together at the beginning of April 2024 for this major industry gathering with a wide range of products and services.  As a result, our smart, efficient lead tracking solution was used frequently at the trade fair stands of the many exhibitors who used Scan2Lead to record their contacts.


As a partner of the trade fair, we had the great pleasure of being on site with our comprehensive Scan2Lead offering and our efficient services. In addition to exchanging ideas with existing Scan2Lead customers and providing personalised advice to interested parties, we were able to experience some exciting days full of innovations and fascinating insights into the future of the industry and the latest trends at analytica.

What are trade fairs all about? Presenting innovations and highlights, increasing awareness and visibility, but of course also exchanging ideas and acquiring new business relationships as well as refreshing existing customer contacts. It's good to have the support of an efficient tool for the automated recording and processing of visitor data: Scan2Lead.


Our local team took the opportunity to talk to representatives from many companies and organisations from all over the world and to present our diverse Scan2Lead portfolio for contact capture at trade fairs. The interest in our combination of mobile lead capture and web-based portal for managing licences, events and visitor data was consistently high. Numerous companies took advantage of the option to book lead tracking products directly on site at the Scan2Lead Service Counter for immediate use at the trade fair stand.


This meant that all appointments and contacts could be optimally recorded and processed directly on site at the trade fair, which was already underway, by scanning visitor tickets using an app or mobile handheld scanners – lead tracking made easy with Scan2Lead!

We not only used the trade fair days to show companies and exhibitors from all over the world how they can digitally record their contacts at the stand at the touch of a button and optimise their lead tracking with our Scan2Lead products. It was also wonderful to see how many exhibitors are already successfully using Scan2Lead to digitally record visitors to their stand.

New technologies and innovations


analytica is known for being a platform for the latest technologies and innovations in the laboratory sector – and this year was no exception in this respect. 1,066 exhibitors from 42 countries presented their innovative solutions and products on site. The focus was on digitalisation and sustainability in the laboratory of the future.


We were impressed by the advanced equipment, instruments and solutions on show. From state-of-the-art analysers to innovative laboratory automation systems, there was a lot to discover and experience – and the atmosphere was exceptionally good for both exhibitors and visitors. 



Exciting presentations and discussions


Another highlight of the trade fair were the specialist presentations and discussions held by experts from the industry. At the so-called analytica conference, the organisers were even able to set a new attendance record. These presentations offered valuable insights into current trends, challenges and opportunities in the world of laboratory technology and analytics. 



Optimising trade fair success


analytica in Munich was a great, inspiring experience for us. We were thrilled by the interest in Scan2Lead and the positive reactions we received on site and look forward to continuing to cultivate the contacts we made.
