Scan2Lead is the only system to offer you a flexible licence model that can be easily adapted to the needs of exhibitors. Billing is only based on usage (pay per use). This means that you only pay when you actively use the app, e.g. during a trade fair. You don't have to take out a subscription or pay a monthly fee!

Duration of trade fair: 4 days
Number of stand employees: 5 employees each day
→ You need 20 EDCs
Example 2:
Duration of trade fair: 4 days
Number of stand employees: 2 days 5 employees
2 days 4 employees
→ You need 20 EDCs
With Scan2Lead you pay per active use (pay per use) - no more and no less.
Your booking is not automatically extended - you have full control over your EDCs and costs. A new booking will only be made if you initiate it.
You do NOT take out a contract - you book your EDC package(s) and do not enter into any further obligations.
Unused EDCs do not expire and can be used at the next event.
The Scan2Lead Event Day Credits (EDC) are offered in packages. You can book 20, 50 or 100+ Event Day Credits in one package. Of course, you can also put together and combine the packages individually. Contact us, we will be happy to help you. If EDCs are not used, they do not expire and can be used at your next trade fair.
