Checklist – Successful lead management with Scan2Lead

Scan2Lead is a comprehensive tool with numerous features that make it easier for you to capture leads at your trade fair stand and help you to increase your trade fair success. Therefore, take the time to optimally prepare for lead capture with Scan2Lead at your trade fair stand. We have summarised the most important steps for you below.


TRADE FAIR PREPARATION WITH SCAN2LEAD


  • Select the right Scan2Lead solution (read here which product(s) is/are right for you)
  • Booking Scan2Lead in the trade fair exhibitor shop
  • Receive the login data for the Scan2Lead PORTAL by e-mail, separate e-mail with login data for SMART App or pick-up information for rental devices
  • Registration & login to the Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • Set up your individual visitor questionnaire


PREPARATION SCAN2LEAD SMART


  • Download the Scan2Lead app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • Test the app (test tickets can be found in your Scan2Lead PORTAL)
  • Training of colleagues (please ask for our training materials!)
  • Forward the licences to colleagues BEFORE the trade fair begins! (Make sure that your colleagues install and activate the app early to ensure use from the first day of the trade fair)


PREPARATION SCAN2LEAD COLLECT


  • Training of stand personnel (you can obtain our Quick Guide here)
  • Print out the visitor questionnaire in your Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • On the last set-up day: Collection of the scanning devices at the Scan2Lead service counter
  • Demonstration at the exhibition stand
  • During the trade fair: Daily download of the data at the Scan2Lead service counter
  • On the last day of the trade fair: Return the scan devices to the Scan2Lead service counter


PREPARATION SCAN2LEAD STATION


  • Training of stand personnel (you can obtain our Quick Guide here)
  • Print out the visitor questionnaire in your Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • On the last set-up day: Collection of the scanning devices at the Scan2Lead service counter
  • Demonstration at the exhibition stand
  • On the last day of the trade fair: Return the scanning devices to the Scan2Lead service counter


DURING THE TRADE FAIR PERIOD


  • Check whether colleagues are using the system (correctly) (personal discussions, are there any queries or ambiguities?) Check the data quality in your Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • Check data quality in your Scan2Lead PORTAL
  • Export the data from the Scan2Lead PORTAL to an Excel file and send a thank-you e-mail to the visitors of the respective trade fair day
  • On the last day of the trade fair: return the scanning devices to the Scan2Lead service desk
  • If you have any questions during the trade fair, Scan2Lead Support is usually available at a service desk on site or by telephone on +49 89 4444 33 112


TRADE FAIR FOLLOW-UP WITH SCAN2LEAD


  • Export of data from your Scan2Lead PORTAL up to 4 weeks after the end of the trade fair
  • Distribution information to contacts (obtaining a double opt-in for further contact)
  • Participation in the Scan2Lead customer satisfaction survey
