Even in the age of digital communication, instruments based on personal dialogue retain their leading position in B2B communication. Trade fairs are by far the most important communication tool for exhibitors. In order to organise their trade fair participation as efficiently as possible, exhibitors are increasingly using digital services to help them increase their trade fair success.
