VExCon - Virtual Expo & Conference 2019 - is the first virtual MICE trade fair organised by XING Events. For the third time, more than 1,200 visitors from the fields of event organisation, event marketing and marketing were able to find out about trends and technologies from the digital event world at over 20 virtual exhibition stands. The programme was rounded off with live presentations, best practice cases and panel discussions followed by a Q&A session. Scan2Lead also presented itself to visitors on the topic of lead management at trade fairs. In Gunnar Heinrich's industry presentation, the audience learnt how digital lead capture can increase the success of your trade fair presence.

At Scan2Lead's digital trade fair stand at VExCon, visitors were able to find out all about lead management at trade fairs using a wide range of downloadable documents and videos.
On the one hand, visitors were provided with information on the broad Scan2Lead product portfolio, which exhibitors can use at selected trade fairs to digitally record the data of their trade fair visitors by scanning the barcode on the visitor ticket. They receive all the information that the visitor provided during registration and can conveniently retrieve it via the Scan2Lead online portal and export it to an Excel file.
Scan2Lead also presented its new Scan2Lead 365 product at VExCon, which exhibitors can use to digitally record their contacts in a standardised way at every trade fair. With the Scan2Lead 365 app, exhibitors scan their visitor's business card with their smartphone or tablet and immediately receive all the information on their display. Here, too, the data is stored directly in the web-based Scan2Lead PORTAL. In addition, the PORTAL enables exhibitors to create and manage trade fairs, define visitor questionnaires and create reports that make it easier for them to analyse the event and allow comparisons to be made between different trade fairs.
