If hardware is available at the trade show, you can pick it up at the on-site service counter.
That depends on the size of your booth and the number of visitors. For mobile use, we recommend the Scan2Lead SMART app—either on your own device or a rental iPad. STATION is ideal for entrances, and COLLECT is best for promotional areas. Our team is happy to advise you free of charge.
Yes, to some extent. We’re often on-site at many trade shows and would be happy to assist you directly. Hardware devices generally need to be reserved in advance so we can prepare them in time and ensure they’re in stock. The Scan2Lead SMART app, on the other hand, can be purchased even while the trade show is in progress and used immediately. Just stop by the on-site store at your trade show or contact us directly.
All leads are stored in the Scan2Lead PORTAL and are available at any time—for qualification, Excel export, or CRM transfer via LEAD AUTOMATION. Please note: For data protection reasons, leads are automatically deleted after 8 weeks. We recommend exporting or transferring them to your CRM in a timely manner.
Yes. You can use the Scan2Lead App 365 at any trade show or event—regardless of the organizer. For additional partner trade shows, check the trade show search to see if Scan2Lead is an official partner there as well.
