Gunnar Heinrich has many years of management experience at international management consulting firms. He subsequently served as managing director of a subsidiary of Messe München. He is vice chairman of the “Digital Innovation Working Group” of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and an internationally sought-after expert on the digital transformation of trade show companies.

Bernhard Gamper is a co-founder of adventics GmbH. Previously, he served as Head of Operations for the trade show segment at SKIDATA. He is a proven expert in IT architectures for trade show companies, has led numerous projects in ticketing and access control, and is the technical mastermind behind Scan2Lead.

Dr. Lars Schmitt brings a deep understanding of project and product management in the context of digital solutions. He also possesses extensive expertise in innovation management, including approaches and methods such as design thinking and business model innovation. After earning his doctorate from the Technical University of Munich, he worked as a senior consultant on projects in the trade show industry, among other roles.

Claudia has extensive management experience in the international trade show industry. She initially worked for the Messe München Group, where she was responsible for international trade shows, and subsequently spent 11 years at the Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen in various roles. There, as Head of New Business, her responsibilities included overseeing all digital projects and developing new business models; as Exhibition Director, she was responsible for iba and Heim+Handwerk. Her most recent position was as managing director at a German trade show organizer.
At Adventics, Claudia is responsible for maintaining and expanding our relationships with trade show organizers.

Petra Pelz-Märtens has extensive international experience in digital and traditional marketing. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has studied and worked in Australia, England, and Germany. Previously, she was responsible for strategic brand building, the development of international marketing campaigns, and global events.

Ana Melciu has been working at adventics as a Senior Account Manager since 2019. Prior to that, she spent several years at a trade show organizer, where she was responsible for customer service. Her focus there included optimization and strategic development through the identification and implementation of innovative, technical solutions, as well as ensuring premium quality in customer interactions.

Sandra Schmehling has been part of the adventics team as a Senior Consultant since 2022. Prior to that, she worked for many years as a project manager for international trade shows and conferences. Her areas of focus included the conceptual and strategic development of events, data evaluation and analysis, and the formulation of recommendations for action.

Ulrich Besch holds a degree in business administration and has many years of experience in executive positions at a leading global trade show organizer. Previously, as a project manager, he was responsible for the design and implementation of IT systems and established and managed an international IT service center. He is the recipient of the 2010 award from the ICT Committee of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) for the best customer management project.

At adventics, Dilara supports our international clients. This includes both Scan2Lead and event tech platforms in complex consulting projects.
Before joining adventics, Dilara worked at Messe München for several years and most recently gained extensive experience in digital transformation projects.

Daniel has been working at adventics as a Junior Account Manager since early 2024. In 2022, he completed an apprenticeship as an e-commerce specialist. Since then, Daniel has also gained valuable experience in account management at a marketing agency. There, he was responsible for handling and implementing a wide range of client requests for the online stores of major German companies.

Jannes Heinrich has been supporting adventics as Office Manager since 2018. He manages the entire inventory of scanners and rental equipment for exhibitor clients (technical maintenance, inventory management, planning, and preparation for trade show use). Jannes is responsible for purchasing and assists his colleagues at the Munich office with all IT-related matters.

Andreas Schöndorfer is a Support Engineer and, as a member of our Scan2Lead Customer Success Team, supports our ever-growing Scan2Lead community. Andreas holds a degree in computer engineering and has extensive experience as an international IT operations specialist. He also supports our teams in Vienna and Munich with the planning and operation of the entire IT infrastructure.

Muhammet Tan has been a member of the Scan2Lead customer success team since 2020. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years working as a technical team leader in customer support and service at various well-known companies. In those roles, he was responsible, among other things, for managing key accounts. In the process, he gained extensive technical expertise in software and hardware research and development, as well as in quality assurance.

Maximilian Rogl is an experienced IT expert with over 20 years of professional experience, ranging from front-end to back-end. In addition to his role as a trainer and troubleshooter, he has recently focused more on product development and management. Since 2018, he has served as Product Owner at adventics, where he oversees product development, implements quality assurance measures, and optimizes interfaces to ensure seamless system integration.

Bernhard Millauer has been working as a software developer since 2001 in the fields of CRM systems, sports betting, entertainment, finance and the stock market, and telecommunications. He joined the adventics office in Vienna as a software architect in March 2018.

Lisa Turewicz earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from a university of applied sciences in 2020. She has been part of the adventics development team in Vienna as a software developer since November 2022. Prior to that, she gained experience in software maintenance and working with legacy systems and legacy code.

Lukas Schmiedicke works as a software developer at adventics. After several years in emergency medical services, he discovered his passion for software development. With his diverse background, he will be a valuable addition to our team as we develop innovative solutions.

Rene Sorger is a software developer on the adventics team. He previously earned his master’s degree from a university of applied sciences and has several years of professional experience. His work has focused primarily on the expansion and maintenance of legacy systems.

Angelika Seemann has been working in the finance department at adventics since 2022. Angelika’s area of responsibility is in administrative management. As a trained office administrator, she has worked in accounting and as an administrative clerk at various companies.

Ulrike Dietmann has been with adventics since 2017 and is an academic business trainer with experience as a project manager and consultant in the international events and trade show sector (primarily visitor and access management). She is a proven expert in the areas of technical support, knowledge management, technical documentation, and application and operations training.

Tony Spiloes has been with adventics since 2012. He has more than 20 years of trade show experience at the project and division management levels. Most recently, he served as manager of inhouse consulting, responsible for optimizing business processes and information system architecture at the Artexis Group and easyFairs worldwide. He speaks English, Dutch, and French and has a good command of German.
