01What can I scan with the trial license?

With the trial license, you can test all features of the Scan2Lead App 365 – including business card scanning via smartphone camera, notes, lead forms, and automatic synchronization with the PORTAL. Badge scanning at partner trade shows is not included with the trial license.

02How long is the trial license valid?

The trial license is valid for a limited time. We’ll let you know the exact validity period when we activate it. You’ll usually have plenty of time to fully test the app before your next trade show.

03Do I need a credit card for the trial license?

No. The trial license is completely free and non-binding – you won’t be asked for payment information either when requesting or activating it.

04Can I also test the trial license with my team?

Yes. You can test the trial license with multiple people. Just contact us – we’ll set up the trial environment for your team and guide you through your first use.

05What happens when the trial license expires?

You will not be automatically switched to a paid subscription. Your recorded test data will remain in the PORTAL. If you’d like to use Scan2Lead on a regular basis, simply purchase Event Day Credits (EDC) for your next trade show.

06Can I scan real trade show badges with the trial license?

No. Badge scanning at partner trade shows requires a standard license for the Scan2Lead App SMART, which is purchased through the online store of the respective partner trade show. With the trial license, you can test the complete business card scanning workflow, including PORTAL and CRM integration.
