At partner trade shows, Scan2Lead officially collaborates with the organizer. Visitors receive a badge with a barcode that you can scan using the Scan2Lead SMART app. This gives you direct access to the registration data that the organizer has made available—such as name, company, and other trade show details. All collected data is stored in the PORTAL, where you can transfer leads to your CRM. You can book hardware and software directly on-site with the organizer of the respective trade show.You’re exhibiting at a trade show where Scan2Lead is the official lead-tracking partner – with badge scanning directly from the organizer’s data.

With 365, you can use Scan2Lead at any trade show or event, regardless of who the organizer is.
Your team simply scans business cards using the app; the contact information is automatically extracted and saved in the PORTAL. There, you’ll see all leads transferred to your CRM later.
Payment is based on usage: With Event Day Credits, you only pay for the days you actually use 365.Your trade show isn’t a partner trade show—or you exhibit at many events around the world. With 365, you can capture leads regardless of the event, with just one license.

That depends on the product you choose. The Scan2Lead App SMART and App 365 run on your own smartphone—no hardware required. COLLECT (mini scanner) and STATION (laptop scanner) can be reserved as rental devices through the partner trade show. The rental iPad can be booked as an optional add-on to the Scan2Lead App SMART.
Yes. Scan2Lead is an official partner at over 100 leading European trade shows. The Scan2Lead App 365 works worldwide—at every trade show, conference, and event.
With the Scan2Lead App SMART and App 365, leads are available in real time in the PORTAL—as soon as an internet connection is established. With COLLECT, you upload the data to the PORTAL via USB after scanning.
Yes. Scan2Lead processes all data in compliance with the GDPR. Visitor data at partner trade shows comes from the organizer’s official registration system. At partner trade shows, leads are automatically removed from the PORTAL after 8 weeks—there is no automatic deletion period for 365. Our team is available to answer any specific questions you may have regarding data protection.
